ExacTerm was founded on 1 January 2009 by Attila Görög, Master in Lexicology en Terminology. Attila is a terminologist, a Hungarian translator and a member of the Dutch Network for Terminology (Steunpunt Nederlandstalige Terminologie).
After his studies at the Free University of Amsterdam and during his work in the translation industry, Attila has discovered that there is a great demand for specialized terminology services. Translation agencies need a company that can take care of the complex tasks of alignment, term extraction, terminology management and the updating of translation memories. These four services are also the core business of ExacTerm.
ExacTerm works together with IT professionals, Knowledge management experts and has a wide network of terminologists, translators and language professionals.
